HOW TO USE: - Before using the Product shake well simply beat, stir the container as powder contents may settle down. Approx. 25 gms (3non heaped/leveled scoop) scoop inside the jar With 250-300 ml of skimmed milk for preparing delicious nutritious Shake as per flavor.
